This varies by customers needs and depends on the number of marketing channels customers want to activate. We typically will see a customer start with 1 channel. For example, we have customers who will leverage cloud connect to optimize their Facebook ads and after they see the success they add additional channels like TikTok, Snap, Linkedin, Google. From there they may ad their email tool and then start to do more sophisticated work in their data warehouse with the data science workbench to create even more targeted segments to be used across all their channels including the call centers.
So long story short, I would say if you start with 1 you can probably expect to add 1-2 a quarter for the first year ending with about 4-6 destinations in cloud connect.
